Players from the beaten grand finalists will attend two-day camps at locations all around NSW on February 6 and 7.
Wollongong and Bowral are among the 10 locations the Swans will visit.
The camps aim to give back to the community at a grassroots level.
“The Australia Post AFL Community Camps allow us to highlight the connection Australian Football has with communities’ right around the country,” AFL General Manager Game and Market Development Simon Lethlean said.
“Community Camps are the perfect platform for fans, no matter where they live across our wide country, access to their favourite players.”
The Swans are one of the favourites for the flag again in 2017. They were beaten 89-67 in last season’s final by Western Bulldogs.
