Local guitarist and singer Jeremy Edwards has teamed up with award-winning vocalist Liza Ohlback for a special night of soulful blues, funk and roots music at Beaches Hotel, Thirroul. Jeremy and Liza combine original music with some classic covers thrown in and are supported by their amazing band including Mick Malouf, George Bibicos and Greg Ohlback.
Liza is a triple Australian Blues “chain” award winner plus finalist for this year’s Aus Blues artist of the year. She has worked with top Australian and international artists and her latest release Give You Hell has been on the Aus Blues charts for 13 months now and has reached no 2.
Jeremy Edwards is a Thirroul-based singer songwriter known for his award-winning bands Dust Radio, Bottleneck and Muddy Shoes and has toured with the legendary Charlie Musslethwaite and John Hammond Jnr. Jeremy is also an award winning writer and producer, having worked with Karise Eden and many others.
Liza and Jeremy have performed together many times in The Beatles & Stones Show at Beaches as well as touring Australian theatres with Pearl – The Janis Joplin Story.
