Here are some tips regarding food and what you should adhere too:
Consume a wide variety of foods especially two servings of fruit and five servings of vegetables per day as well as nuts such as almonds and walnuts.
Two to three litres of water a day is always needed and should be increased if physical activity is performed.
Ensure you are getting some form of protein at each of your main meals, meat and poultry, seafood, beans, pulses, nuts dairy or tofu.
Never skip breakfast.
Space your meals evenly rather than sitting down to massive main meals each day.
