Bulli progressed to the Cup final with an 11-0 domination of District League club Oak Flats on Tuesday night.
They will meet Albion Park in the decider next week after the White Eagles downed Wollongong United 2-0 to progress.
But before they switch their focus back to the Cup, Bailey’s men have their sights set on maintaining their lead at the top of the Illawarra Premier League with a tough away trip to face United.
“The mid-week performance will definitely give us the confidence to go on with it on Sunday,” Bailey said.
“It is heating up now at the business end of the season so from our perspective, we want to be firing every time we are on the pitch whether that is a Cup game or regular season game.”
Bailey insisted his side must play in similar ruthless fashion if they are to overcome a United outfit who must win if they want to keep their slim top-five hopes alive.
“If we keep what we have been doing week in, week out then we will continue to get the positive results we have,” the first year coach said.
“With that said, any team can give us trouble on their day and South Coast are a dangerous side.
“They set up structurally well and we will have to make sure that we are on our game to beat them on Sunday.”
Bulli and Olympic are separated by a point heading into the weekend, but the latter face a difficult clash with Park 24 hours before the leaders play.
It means Bulli will know the result they need to stay top of the table by the time they face United.
Kemblawarra Fury, who are just three points off the lead, also play a massive match on Sunday against fourth placed Tarrawanna.
In other matches, last-placed Picton Rangers hold a crucial home stand against Cringila Lions, Corrimal Rangers travel to Wollongong United and Port Kembla meet Woonona Sharks.
