If you can’t get to a gym there are a few exercises that can be administered that are incredibly effective in working a range of muscle groups and giving you a big calorie burn.
Push Ups: are a great way to strengthen your chest, triceps, and shoulders and can be performed absolutely anywhere.
Squats: work the glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings, and are a great way to burn a lot of calories. Once again the squat can be performed anywhere.
Prone Hold: this exercise aims to strengthen your core muscles including the abdomen and back. A good way to keep your stomach strong.
Lunges: can be done either walking or on the one spot. They work all the major leg muscles glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings and are great for burning a lot of calories.
