Roses In Hand (RIH), Illawarra’s powerhouse duo, have been captivating audiences with their interactive performances by bringing their honest heartfelt, award-winning music to the stage.
In the past year alone, RIH have had more than 300 live performances around the Illawarra region and while travelling interstate.
Soulful vocalist Jessica Allen and multi-instrumentalist Sam Burrell have achieved much during their two years of joint performance. RIH were invited to attend several red carpet events at APRA Australian Music Awards in 2016 and 2017 and the performers are also attending upcoming APRA Arts Awards, rubbing shoulders with the best in the industry, and gathering friends and mentors along the way.
With new music on the horizon, RIH have two singles available online; “Restart” and “Free Fall” along with a music video featured on Vevo.
Looking to broaden their unique brand of music with stunning visuals, RIH have announced their upcoming show, featuring Australia’s top burlesque dancers along with accompanying musicians from Wollongong’s local creative scene.
The show will be starting at The Music Lounge, Wollongong Town Hall on December 2. With tickets to be released shortly, subscribe to www.rosesinhand.com to keep up to date with information or visit facebook.com/rosesinhand.
