More muscle mass requires more energy to exist, which in turn will cause a person to burn more calories during and outside of exercise.
People’s occupations will also affect the amount of calories burnt per day/week/year. An active job like building and removalists will burn a lot more calories than an office job.
If you’re not burning as many calories per day, energy conservation like smarter/healthier eating as well as weight training and cardio interval work will get you burning and saving calories and having you winning the calorie equation. It’s energy in versus energy out.
