Night Markets with Sydney boutique markets Eat Shop Love attracted more people to the Dapto Showground and will be trialled every Thursday night until May 17.
“The launch night was a huge success,” Dapto A&H Society executive assistant Rebecca Buchanan said.
“We estimate somewhere up to 4000 people through the gates of the showgrounds, grabbing a bite to eat at the many food stalls, listening to the music whilst browsing some of the boutique stalls and watching some races. The support was amazing and a record crowds were at the dogs.”
Dapto A&H Society is interested in more community events to cater for the ever growing population.
