Making the most or your “non gym” time can ensure you burn a lot more calories during the week, but not having to make too much drastic change to your weekly routine.
Things you can do to burn more calories include:
Walk to work or park your car further away from your train, bus or building;
Always take the stairs, never the lift or escalator;
If you can get a “stand up” desk station at work, this will increase calorie burn by using more muscles in your legs and core.
