Gerroa home 'Serendipity' sells for $2.035 million

A large six-bedroom home has sold for $2.035 million.

‘Serendipity’, located at 101 Headland Drive, was sold by Neil Campbell of Ray White Gerringong.

The south-facing home takes in panoramic coastal views of Seven Mile Beach, Crooked River, Coolangatta Mountain and the countryside beyond from both levels of the home.

The property comes with an open plan living area, four bathrooms, alfresco timber deck complete with an insulated awning and heater, a gas fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioner, heaters in most bedrooms and multiple living areas across both levels.

“The property has awesome views out to Seven Mile Beach,” Mr Campbell said.

“It was on the market for four weeks before the offer was accepted.

“The views and the size of the home attracted the buyer.”
