I see this all too often, people are eating so well and then something happens when Friday 5pm hits. These people are eating absolutely perfectly all week until the weekend hits.
From 5pm Friday until midnight Sunday is a little over 30 per cent of the week, it becomes so easy to undo all the hard work of the week in just one weekend. I want to leave you with some tips so you don’t blow the calories budget in the latter stages of the week. These include:
- Ensure you exercise each day of the weekend to ease the potential extra calories coming in;
- If you have to drink, vodka, lime and soda is very low in calories and a better option than soft drinks with alcohol;
- If you are eating out ensure you google the menu of the restaurant to make smart decisions with your food, not last minute bad choices.
