A development application was lodged with Kiama Council for 68 Stafford Street, Gerroa in September.
The proposal – pending approval – will see the existing three bedroom, one bathroom dwelling demolished to make way for a four bedroom dwelling and pool, at an estimated cost of $982,000.
The home, which sits on a 639 square metre block of land, sold in 1994 for $245,000 and more recently at auction in November 2017 for $2.47 million by First National Gerringong.
A house at 21 Antrim Street, Kiama also looks set for a new look.
The three bedroom, one bathroom house on a 1111 square metre block of land last exchanged hands in 2009 for $650,000 when it was sold by Ray White Kiama.
The DA states the existing dwelling would be demolished and a new dwelling constructed at an estimated cost of $950,000.
