Stewart, an Olympian in Rio two years, scored NSW’s sixth and final goal in the demolition of Western Australia on Thursday night, while Patterson, from Blackbutt, also played.
Illawarra talent Jack Hayes, Tristan White, Flynn Ogilvie and Blake and Kieran Govers have also been part of the NSW Waratahs campaign which has moved to the semi-final stage, where they will meet Canberra for a spot in the decider.
The finals and bronze medal games will be played on Sunday afternoon.
