The Rats will play host to both Shellharbour and Kookas at Geoff Shaw Oval and McAndrew is expecting a tough day for his men.
“Shellharbour and Warilla [Kookas] will be a real test of where we’re at,” McAndrew said. “They will be two tough games. If we can walk away with two wins, it would be huge for us.”
Oak Flats made a successful return from the Christmas break last week, overcoming a slow start with the bat to defeat Kiama/Gerringong. McAndrew is hopeful his team can build on that result.
“We’ll be looking to the top order to set us up in those first six overs. If we get a good start, we have a lot of power in the middle order to come.”
Saturday will also see Kiama/Gerringong on double duty, with the side facing The Rail before they take on competition leaders Lake Illawarra.
