The 24-year-old rolled her ankle during the second-half of Sydney FC's 4-2 W-League grand final win over Perth Glory last Saturday.
While Logarzo is in no danger of missing out on Australia's Women's World Cup campaign in France later this year, the injury could prevent her taking part in the Cup of Nations which starts next week.
Scans have cleared her of any fracture but there are soft tissue injuries which will need further analysis.
Logarzo played a starring role in the Sky Blues' W-League triumph, scoring a thumping second-half strike to seal the win.
New Matildas coach Ante Milicic is expected to name his squad for the Cup of Nations in the next couple of days with Australia's tournament starting next Thursday against New Zealand in Sydney.
South Korea and Argentina are the other countries taking part in the tournament, which will feature matches in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
