THE Illawarra Steelers Tarsha Gale side have rebounded in a big way from their qualifying final loss to St George, by smashing Parramatta 36-6 on Friday.

Daniel Lacey's side showed no fear in their elimination final against the Eels at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, running in seven tries to one.
Speedster Teagan Berry open the day's scoring in the third minute, which was followed by tries to Maddison Weatherall and Keele Browne, as the Steelers led 14-nil at the break.
Tiana Graham scored for the Steelers just after the resumption before Browne scored her second in the 31st minute.
The Eels finally got on the board in the 35th minute as Rebekah Faucette crossed before the game was iced for Illawarra when Berry completed her hat-trick with tries in the 50th and 57th minutes.

In the win, Olivia Vale landed four conversions.
Lacey's side, headlined by Milton-Ulladulla's Keele Browne and Meg Buchanan and Stingrays of Shellharbour's Teagen Berry and Riley Scott, will now face Wests Tigers in this Saturday's preliminary final at Campbelltown Stadium from 10am.
The winner will face the winner of the St George verse Newcastle match at St Marys Leagues Stadium in the grand final the following week.
