The Wolves sit three points clear at the top of the table at the halfway point of the competition and coach Luke Wilkshire said his side is looking to build on the momentum gathered throughout the first 11 rounds.
"It's always tough travelling up to Manly," Wilkshire said. "Going over the other side of the bridge, it's one of our furthest away games, but it is what it is. For us, it's another opportunity to secure the three points.
"Nothing changes for us, we just have to deal with the challenges. We want to go up there to play our game, score goals and win the football match.
"Manly are a good team, but if we focus on ourselves and our own performances, I firmly believe if we do that and perform to the best of our abilities, we can beat anyone."
The match comes after a busy week for the side, with Wollongong defeating Pittwater 2-1 in an FFA Cup fixture on Wednesday night. The Wolves will now face Mt Druitt on June 5.
Wilkshire played a young side in Wednesday's win, resting a number of top players and he's confident that those who did feature will be fresh come Sunday.
"I managed to rest a few players in the Cup game to keep them fresh for Sunday. Those that did play, it is a heavy week for them, but they're young and very fit. Those I took up, I'm sure will have no problems backing up on Sunday."
