Well here's your chance to get your schnitty fix and win some bragging rights - and a T-shirt - in one go.
Campbelltown RSL Club is running Holy Schnit - The Ultimate Food Challenge from June-August this year.
The quest? Finish a ginormous one-kilogram pork schnitzel, chips and sauce within just nine minutes.
The club will spot challenges a jug of soft drink to wash the whole thing down.
Campbelltown RSL has put the call out to food fans to head down to Carberry Lane between June 5 and August 4 to give the schnitty challenge a go.
Venue manager Luke Whalan said he couldn't wait to welcome daring competitors.
"This challenge is like nothing we have ever had at Campbelltown RSL," he said.
"We have a lot of interest in the area and we are looking forward to seeing who will be crowned the Holy Schnit Challenger for 2019."
Customers taking part need only let staff in the Arie Cafe know that they'll be participating in the challenge and sign a couple of forms to be in the running to have their name victoriously displayed on a wall of fame - not to mention the bragging rights and T-shirt.
