Fremantle coach Ross Lyon says his club are no longer on "red alert" over the Optus Stadium turf after discovering Rory Lobb's foot injury had nothing to do with the venue.

The Dockers temporarily suspended training at the $1.6 billion venue after Lobb was diagnosed with a stress related fracture in his foot.
It followed the season-ending foot and ankle injuries suffered by Matt Taberner and Alex Pearce.
Fremantle initially thought Lobb would miss the rest of the season as well, but further investigations showed the ruckman had suffered an impact fracture, and not a stress-related fracture.
The Dockers now expect Lobb to be back playing in four weeks.
"So it had nothing to do with the surface," Lyon said.
"So we're off red alert. We've really only had the one stressy. So we're probably not as sharply focused (on the stadium's surface) as we probably were before we had a true understanding of Rory's injury.
"We're not at battle stations at the minute on the surface.
"We'll still be diligent. But we're all breathing a whole lot easier. We'll probably even get up there again to train."
Lyon said last week the club would join forces with West Coast to conduct a "summit" with the Optus Stadium operators.
The Eagles will no longer attend that meeting, and Lyon was also regretting his choice of words.
"I created my own fake news really," Lyon said.
"There was an email came round that our club was going to have a meeting. I labelled it a summit. It turned into a bit of clickbait didn't it?
"It really wasn't a summit. It was just our club was going to meet with them."
Eagles coach Adam Simpson believes the turf has become softer in recent weeks, thus reducing the chances of stress-related foot injuries.
Meanwhile, Lyon has cleared Nathan Wilson to play in Saturday's clash with Melbourne at the MCG despite the defender being punched during a party brawl.
Wilson required two stitches to a gash above his eye after being hit just hours after Saturday's win over Port Adelaide.
Police are investigating the incident, but the Dockers have already cleared Wilson over any wrongdoing.
"It's disappointing, a family barbecue, a 21st," Lyon said.
"We saw in Victoria a leading policeman walking across an oval and (being) assaulted, so there's violence in the community.
"You don't need much to go wrong to be on the end of it, so it's disappointing it happened to Nathan and thank God he's OK."
Three wins on the trot have catapulted Fremantle (7-5) up to sixth spot, but Lyon is wary of a wounded Melbourne (3-9) outfit whose finals hopes are already over.
