Police and Ambulance were called to the scene of a motorcycle accident on Avondale Road near Huntley Road shortly after Midday when a male rider came off his bike.

The young man is reported to have landed in a ditch and suffered a knee injury and cuts and abrasions to various parts of his body.
He has been transported to hospital by ambulance.
