A female pedestrian has sustained a series of injuries after being hit by a car at Dapto on Monday morning.

The incident occurred about 8.15am, on the corner of the Princes Highway and Moombara Street, near the Dapto McDonald's.
The female pedestrian, believed to be in her 50s, has reportedly sustained facial injuries, nasal injuries and fractures to the left hand.
According to Lake Illawarra police, the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The vehicle was reportedly travelling at about 10km/hour when the incident occurred.
Emergency services attended the scene, and the pedestrian was taken to Wollongong Hospital.
According to Lake Illawarra police, the police Crash Investigation Unit has taken over the matter, and will be speaking to the driver.
Inquiries are continuing.
