It's located at 49 Monash Street, Wombarra.
The home was owned by Miller prior to his death last year, aged 84, and primarily used as a weekender.
Miller bought the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in 2004 for $2,225,000.
He renovated it in 2005.
Miller retired from the business in 2009 amid failing health, and was diagnosed with dementia in 2011.
The home was auctioned on Friday, and sold to an out of area buyer.
The selling agent was Andrew McLeod from Belle Property Illawarra.
Born in New Zealand, as a celebrity agent and manager, Miller represented TV stars Graham Kennedy and Barry Humphries, racing trainer Gai Waterhouse, fashion entrepreneur Maggie Tabberer, Lindy Chamberlain and Big Brother contestants.
This isn't the first $4 million sale in Wombarra during recent times.
The property at 2-4 Reef Avenue, Wombarra sold for $4 million in 2018.
