Jade Ailie Killin, 32, of Unanderra, is facing 14 charges, including four of making false documents and four of using the same documents.
In police facts tendered to court, it is alleged Killin forged several medical certificates to get out of carrying out court-ordered community service work.
Police suspicions were raised when a medical certificate in a different format was lodged stating Killin had morning sickness.
They contacted the doctor, who allegedly said that was genuine but the earlier ones were fakes.
Police went to Killin's house and conducted a search.
They allegedly found "about 50 cards described as bank cards in various names", driver's licences in various names but carrying her photo and what was suspected to be cannabis and methamphetamine.
Above the bed headrest in Killin's room, police allegedly found a "timetable of fraudulent activity" sticky-taped to the wall.
According to police facts it carried descriptions like "Monday: feel free to try to do two payslips each for 10 names".
Saturday was allegedly "Servo Day", where the plan was to "apply for fuel cards in five different names with all companies".
Police also allegedly found "fraud is not a crime, it is a way of life" scrawled on a mirror in pink lipstick.
In court on Tuesday, police raised concerns that Killin was on an intensive corrections order when the alleged crimes were committed.
Her Legal Aid solicitor said Killin was the parent of two small children and was pregnant with a third.
He asked for bail, suggesting jail would not be a healthy environment.
In refusing bail Magistrate Robert Walker noted she "has a fairly extensive record in terms of fraudulent documentation".
He also expressed concerns about several previous breaches of bail on her record.
Killin will return to Wollongong Local Court on November 26.
