A man, who was not inside the vehicle at the time, has been treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics for minor injuries.
Fire and Rescue NSW and paramedics were called to the incident about 7.30am.
Initial reports suggest the Winnebago was "let loose" in the car park and rolled down a hill and onto rocks, a spokesman for Fire and Rescue NSW said.
He said only the dog was inside the vehicle at the time and was quickly released. The dog is understood to be okay.
SES crews are also on scene.
A tow truck has been called in to move the motorhome to safety.
