The Superoos took home the Wollongong Touch Football Association's inaugural women's premier league title with a 6-4 victory over Thirroul in Monday night's grand final.
That result complemented the side winning the Group 7 ladies league tag division one premiership in September.
Wollongong Touch's vice-president Tim Robinson said the Superoos were deserved winners.
"They played extremely well throughout the year. A lot of the girls are involved in the women's open rep touch team at Wollongong and double up between the sports," he said.
"They know how to play together and train together a lot. They've obviously got that continuity together."
The men's premier league grand final was also contested on Monday night.
The Helensburgh Tigers caused a major upset, securing a 5-2 win against the Thirroul Butchers.
Robinson said the Tigers struggled for player numbers during the competition but peaked for the finals series.
"They probably lagged behind during the season and didn't win many games. They came in as one of the bottom ranked teams in the finals, but they ended up knocking off some big scalps," he said.
"They eliminated Corrimal, who were top of the table during the season, in the semi-finals. They got a few players back at the right time and knocked off Thirroul in the grand final."
