The Razorbacks poached a trio of Oak Flats stars prior to the start of the season, with Brett Gilly, Shawn Condello and Stuart Tobin all jumping to the cross-town rivals. Adding to the rivalry is the fact Condello's brother Lance remains at the Rats.
McAndrew led Oak Flats past The Rail earlier this season and he's expecting another hotly contested match.
"We've definitely been looking forward to the game against The Rail," McAndrew said. "I'm sure both sides would have picked it out when the draw came out with three of their blokes leaving us after last year.
"There will be plenty of friendly banter and it's a game that we'll have that extra motivation to get one up over them."
Missing three of the players that led the side to the South Coast grand final last summer, Oak Flats have been unable to find consistent form this season.
The batsmen have struggled and McAndrew said it's time for the top order to start producing big scores.
"We've been up and down, we haven't been getting enough people scoring runs. We need to get a range of people contributing.
"We want to build for the rest of the year, to the two-day games. We're trying to get some consistency, we're still trying to find our best order which isn't ideal at this time of year."
Saturday will also see competition leaders Shellharbour take on Lake Illawarra and Kookas host Albion Park.
