Traffic heavy after truck fire on Appin Road at Cataract

The road was closed about 6.30am, but has since reopened with motorists now moving in a contraflow.

Traffic remains heavy on Appin Road between the M1 Princes Motorway and Wilton Park Road.

It's understood the fire has been extinguished however emergency services remain on site.

Motorists should allow extra travel time.
