The Illawarra Academy of Sport member shot rounds of 66 and 69 to finish -7 for the 36-hole boys event at Wollongong and The Grange golf clubs last month.
Fellow IAS member Sienna Clarke came from behind to claim the girls title with rounds of 87 and 78.
Ethan and Sieanna also won the district championship which was held in conjunction with the Touchdown Helicopters 36.
The pair will look to continue their red-hot form at the 2020 IAS Golf Day Fundraiser at the Links Shell Cove next month.
Local juniors are welcome to enter the 18-hole competition and will include prizes for the top three teams, nearest to pin and novelty holes. There will also be raffles and much more at the event.
Players will tee off at 7.30am on March 6.
All proceeds raised on the day will go toward IAS programs and scholarship athletes.
