Football South Coast made the announcement on Thursday afternoon due to the rain and current ground conditions. All teams will be awarded one competition point via a 0-0 draw.
The rest of the pre-season competition - which features Illawarra Premier League and District League sides - will stay as scheduled in the round robin format and the action will get under way on February 23 with the following matches:
At Macedonia Park:
1.30pm: Balgownie v Oak Flats (Group F), 3pm: Corrimal v Wollongong United (Group C).
At Crehan Park:
1.30pm: Fernhill v Berkeley (Group E), 3pm: Cringila v South Coast United (Group B).
At King Mickey Park:
1.30pm: Wariilla v University (Group D), 3pm: Port Kembla v Coniston (Group B).
At Elizabeth Park:
Noon: Picton v Kiama (Group D), 1.30pm: Woonona v Tarrawanna (Group A), 3pm: Bellambi v Wollongong Olympic (Group A).
At Barrack Heights Sportsfield:
Noon: Oak Flats v Helensburgh (Group F), 1.30pm: Shell Cove v Thirroul (Group E), 3pm: Albion Park v Bulli (Group C).
Football South Coast has advised that should these games also be washed out, they intend to cancel round two as well. If that occurs, competition coordinator Bobby Mazevski said round three would become a knockout competition - all winners would progress along with four "lucky" losers, who would be randomly drawn, to make 16 teams.
