A patient being treated at Shoalhaven Hospital has tested positive for COVID-19 with health authorities urgently working to identify all patients, staff and others who may have come into the contact with the woman.

NSW Health said the people are being contacted and will be in self-isolation for 14 days after their last contact with the confirmed case.
Several mitigation strategies are in place to ensure continuity of service at Shoalhaven Hospital.
On Wednesday, NSW Health confirmed there had been six other cases of COVID-19 in the Illawarra Shoalhaven region.
"Unless there is an ongoing risk to public health, information relating to individuals cases will not be released," Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District Chief Executive Margot Mains said on Wednesday.
"NSW Health will work to make contact with those most affected. "
About 39,000 people have been tested for COVID-19 across NSW, with 307 confirmed cases.
Labor's health spokesman, Keira MP Ryan Park, said the NSW Government needed to ensure hospitals had adequate nursing staff during these testing times.
"This no doubt will be a very big challenge for the local community given the enormous pressure already on Shoalhaven Hospital given that it services a very large region," he said.
"The government urgently needs to ensure there are an adequate number of nurses brought in to ensure the hospital continues to function
"This highlights what we have said for a long time that in regional NSW the spread of this virus will put an even greater strain on local hospitals and health resources."
