"We're working away on lining up a suitable date range in early 2021 to hold The Offspring and Sum 41 tour," promoter Destroy All Lines said in a statement posted on Facebook.
"As the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic evolves, all parties are seeking absolute certainty that any new date range agreed upon is realistic.
"Please hold on to your tickets as all tickets will remain valid for rescheduled dates."
The Offspring are one of the world's most popular punk rock legends.
The band has performed more than 1100 shows across the globe, sold more than 40 million albums and return to Australia and New Zealand for their first headline tour in 16 years.
Special guests Sum 41 will be performing a full one-hour set including hits such as Fat Lip, In too Deep, Still Waiting and tracks from their latest release, Order In Decline.
