Frasers Property Australia will release 18 land lots close to Shellharbour South Beach and the marina's edge at The Waterfront.
The lots will be available for sale from Saturday, July 4.
This first release of land lots in the Harbour Precinct will be sold on a first-in, best-dressed basis.
The lots range in size from 318.2sqm to 512.3sqm and are priced from $625,000 to $840,000.
The north-facing lots front a park offering open space, kick around areas, landscaped plants and are also within walking distance to a harbourfront park featuring an adventure playground.
The Waterfront is a Shellharbour City Council development with Frasers.
