A ship docked at BlueScope's berths had its hold punctured when a front-end loader was dropped on Monday.

Front-end loaders are often used in ships to move cargo for easy extraction.
A BlueScope spokesman said the loader was being extracted by crane when it fell into the hold.
"There were no injuries and as per our safety procedures there was no one in the hold at the time of the incident," the spokesman said.
"We are currently pumping out ballast water that entered the hold before undertaking repairs to the ballast lining. This is expected to be completed in a couple of days.
"The vessel will be inspected for seaworthiness after the repairs are completed."
