Try as he might, Mr Williamson has been unable to stop Illawarra Multicultural Village from using their property near their Warrawong retirement village as a "makeshift rubbish tip".
Mr Williamson lives in one of the eight independent living units within the village at Eyre Place, Warrawong.
As the photo above shows, the vacant property next door is full of rubbish, including old mattresses, chairs and other furniture.
Mr Williamson has previously asked Illawarra Multicultural Village management to stop storing rubbish in the nearby property.
Mr Williamson has indicated he will write a letter outlining his concerns to the recently appointed new CEO.
"I understand it is their property and they can do what they like, but all that rubbish is disgusting and unsightly," he said.
"I've been here just over 13 years. It's only in recent years that they have been doing this.
"I understand they are entitled to do what they like on their own property but this is not right. Not only does it look disgusting but when the skip bin is left open on occasions, there is a real stench. It really stinks, especially in summer.
"There must be some kind of alternative. I'm at my wits end, surely there is something that can be done which can satisfy residents and management alike."
