The Frat recently provided the school with a healthy grant to allow students to showcase their culinary skills.
A mixture of foods from around the world, encompassing Asia, South America and Europe tantalised the tastebuds of students and guests on the school grounds recently - all cooked from the school's industry-standard kitchen.
Fraternity Club general manager Greg Field said the $5000 grant had gone a long way towards providing Corrimal High students to express their ideas and produce gastronomic outcomes.
"Being a multi-cultural club food is an integral part of our success, so our involvement ties-in nicely with the wonderful cooking skills of those from Corrimal High School," he said.
Multi Cultural Communities of Illawarra (MCCI) youth and community manager Allyson Pazos said the grant had assisted students to enhance their education.
"It's wonderful to see the flavoursome foods produced from diverse cultural backgrounds. The grant from The Fraternity Club has been vital," she said.
Corrimal High School principal Paul Roger agreed.
"We continue to showcase a positive perception and culture at our school; this time through the skills of our multi-cultural students and the outcomes of their talents through cooking," he said.
