James Dwarte said staff at Warilla, Warrawong, Shellharbour and Wollongong did everything they could to make it a great McHappy Day for everyone on Saturday and raise as much as possible in-store, in the drive-thru and with online deliveries.
"This year has been challenging as well with the COVID-19 restrictions still in place in NSW," he said.
"But $2 from every Big Mac sold still went to Ronald McDonald House and we still had Helping Hands and McHappy Day Socks."
Mr Dwarte said it was a little more difficult at Warrawong where work was almost finished on a major $2 million upgrade.
"We are about three weeks away from completion. It will look very similar to Warilla. There is a new playland and additional seating. We are actively hiring. It is more challenging than ever to find staff at the moment."
