The release of the final eight blocks in the 28 lot subdivision of a former dairy farm is expected to generate strong interest, with more than 100 bidders having registered for the first release in 2021.
Each of the blocks on offer is around one-hectare in size, according to listing agent Kate Morgan of Ray White Gerringong.
She anticipated strong interest in the lots, with land offerings near Berry a rare occurrence.
"It's a pretty unique offering, being two kilometres from the beach but in a rural setting," she said.
The first two releases in the estate sold in March and April 2021, with prices for one-hectare lots ranging from $1.5 million to $1,855,000.
Of the previous releases, only Lot 10 remains on the market, with an advertised price of $3.2 million.
Ms Morgan said that the market had since moved higher and she expected bidding to commence from the $1,855,000 mark.
"Lifestyle properties in this area have been in huge demand, even more so since COVID-19 kicked in. People are wanting their extra space but very few properties are becoming available, she added.
Ms Morgan advised that the construction certificate for the estate has been granted and site work commenced this month, with lots expected to be completed and ready to settle in late 2022.
The blocks were subdivided from the former dairy and cattle farm at 510 Beach Rd, Berry owned by Jim and Enid Hall
The Hall's bought the partly developed dairy farm in 1961 from Jim's dad, who had purchased the land in 1958.
