Ballarat Rush has celebrated a 13-point victory over Dandenong in&nbsp;a&nbsp;battle between two teams trying to secure their first win of the&nbsp;Big V youth league season.&nbsp; Claire Blower starred for Rush during Sunday’s&nbsp;Victorian Youth Championship Women round three&nbsp;game at the Minerdome,&nbsp;collecting 18 points and seven rebounds. Maggie Tranter was another strong contributor with 13 points, eight rebounds and&nbsp;three steals, along with Laura Taylor, who managed 12 points, eight rebounds, two assists and three steals. But it was a strong effort across the board that helped Rush get across the line.&nbsp; It was a disappointing result for the Ballarat Miners in a round three Youth League One Men match against Sunbury Jets&nbsp;on Friday night. The Miners went down to the second-positioned home side by 29 points,&nbsp;106-77. But the team bounced back on Sunday to defeat Camberwell Dragons by nine at the&nbsp;Minerdome.&nbsp; Tristan Fisher collected a game-high 29 points for the Miners and six rebounds.
