Kembla Grange's postponed meeting from the weekend looks likely to be consigned to the scrapheap as the congested racing program takes its toll.
Stewards were forced to dispel any hopes of the meeting going ahead after an inspection of the track early on Saturday morning.
Nowra's meeting on Monday also fell victim to the constant rain.
Illawarra Turf Club chief executive Peter De Vries said that Tuesday would have been an obvious date for the meeting but was not considered due to the industry rallying at Rosehill for Nathan Berry's funeral service.
"Quite obviously the industry was [at Rosehill]," De Vries said. "The only other day that would have been available would have been Friday but there's Warwick Farm trials.
"After that it's getting a little far away from the day so I would suggest it's highly unlikely."
Shoalhaven City Turf Club chief executive Lynn Locke said her club's meeting at Nowra was abandoned after they had struggled to find another spot in the calendar.
