Listed with Fady Saad and Anthony Sorace of Ray White North Wollongong, the property has the potential to add a second dwelling (subject to council approval), renovate the existing home or extend.

Kiama beachfront
An existing motel in the heart of Kiama has been sold for $3,175,000 by Spinelli Real Estate.
The motel at 9 Bong Bong Road will continue to run as normal, but principal agent Mark Spinelli said he had been working with the new owners on planning the marketing of an already DA approved apartment building.
"I am very excited about the project as there is a high demand for luxury beachside apartments and the location doesn't get much better than this, looking over Kiama's main surf beach," Mr Spinelli said.
There would be a variety of designs to suit the market, with one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments, including two penthouses.
He said the new owner was a local developer who builds to the highest quality of structure and finish. Prices will start in the low $400,000 range.
Buoyant auction
MMJ Wollongong had some strong sales results during a recent auction event.
Residential sales director and auctioneer Daniel Hastings said bidding got off to a hectic start for two sites on the Princes Highway Figtree, each totalling more than 1500 square metres. Both sites achieved sales results comfortably above the reserve, at $815,000 and $675,000.
Mr Hastings said developers, medical practitioners and childcare operators were among the groups vying for the rare land offerings.
"It was particularly pleasing to reach such a strong result when you have been appointed by such a significant government entity such as the NSW Roads and Maritime Services," he said.
An art deco apartment block of four strata units at 20 Gipps Street, Wollongong, also sold at the auction for $1.76 million.
Kiama Downs growth
A three-bedroom home at 15 Kurrawa Avenue, Kiama Downs, has sold for $697,000 at auction - more than $107,000 above the reserve price.
The property was sold and marketed by Scott Douglas of Raine & Horne Kiama.
Set on 556 square metres, the single-level brick home is very close to the golf course, shopping centre and picturesque Minnamurra River.
Kiama Downs house prices have recently experienced solid growth, according to Australian Property Monitors.
The median house price for the suburb now sits at $543,000, which is an impressive increase of 12 per cent in the 12 months to April 2014.
