Kembla horseman Shane Kember has accepted a nine-month disqualification from training for a series of offences.
The local trainer was disqualified after a raid on his stables on race day in October last year by the investigation and surveillance unit.
Kember was found to have medicated his horse Craig'n'ian without the permission of stewards and also to have administered a prohibited substance.
His appeals against those findings were dismissed.
However, he had an appeal upheld for a third charge of possession of a whip capable of inflicting cruelty to a horse.
