The Sydney-based Romans Hot Rod Club will host the event, which will bring dozens of hot rods, classic and custom cars to the region between September 12 and 14.
The weekend event will culminate in a Show and Shine at Black Beach on Sunday, where spectators can get a closer look at the lovingly restored vehicles while also giving the Bendigo Bank Aerial Patrol a helping hand.
Club president John Dickie said interest following last year's inaugural event had been overwhelming and he anticipated a sensational weekend.
He said the show was a rare opportunity for owners to showcase their unique and rare cars.
"The show will not only attract cars from across the region but also as far as Sydney and the Blue Mountains," he said.
"The automobiles are unique and are sure to generate enormous interest from the many spectators across the wider community."
Kiama council and the Kiama Chamber of Commerce have thrown their support behind the event, which has approval to run for five years.
Hot rods, custom and classic cars are all welcome and entry on the day is $10, with gates opening at 8am.
Entry is at 8.30am with a donation to the Albion Park based Bendigo Bank Aerial Patrol.
