The Illawarra footy player donned a singed singlet and black ash to show off his "fiery" dance moves.
He performed the Paso Doble with partner Masha Belash to the Rolling Stones' Sympathy for the Devil.
The routine earned him 32 points and positive critiques from the judging panel.
"The Paso really suits you," judge Adam Garcia said.
"It was strong, it was sexy."
The Halloween special also included a "marathon dance" where the couples had to dance for four minutes.
Winner David Rodan walked away with an extra 10 points for his efforts.
Swimmer Eamon Sullivan was eliminated from the show.
Dancing with the Stars screens on Tuesdays at 7.30pm on Seven.
