The dinner, held at the TwentyTwenty training restaurant at Wollongong campus, was part of a hands-on learning experience for the TAFE NSW Illawarra hospitality management students.
The dinner took guests around the world, across seven multicultural courses. Hospitality teacher Jeanne Parker said students researched and liaised with local suppliers to create the dinner. “We’re lucky to have a unique class, with students from all around the world,” she said. “Each student has chosen a dish from their country of origin to share with our community.”
