But it is fair to say the cutting of the birthday cake brought the biggest cheer from the kids in attendance. It was also a special moment for preschool director Vesna Neloska.
‘’Since opening our doors in 2007, our journey has been one of change, growth and building close relationships with families, children and the community,’’ she said.
‘’My experience has been extremely rewarding on so many levels and I feel privileged to have been able to nurture, inspire, mentor and work in partnership with families and educators in developing and teaching our future leaders.
‘’I place great importance and value in every family’s cultural heritage and I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment when I hear children sing, dance and talk in the many cultural languages that we teach on a daily basis.’’
