The awards give consumers the information to choose a business that is known to offer quality services and products.
All customers want great customer service and this determines whether you intend to visit that store again.
On the flip side, poor service and store appearance can make you flee the store as soon as possible and not return.
The Local Business Awards have a stringent judging process so that only the best can win. It’s more than a friendly smile, a ‘can I help you’ and ‘enjoy your purchase’ when you leave the store.
