Authorities inspected the property - Lot 750, Princes Highway - on Thursday morning.
The activity came after council issued a notice to enter the premises, and followed development consent approvals issued by council on 26 March 2015 (for residential – storage shed) and on 9 September 2015, for alterations and additions, construction of a secondary dwelling, horse stables with a garage and storage.
A building certificate, also approved on March 26, 2015, allows for residential alterations and additions.
A council spokesman said NSW Police were involved on Thursday, only to ensure there were no breaches of the peace. Council’s investigation into the works is ongoing.
