With every show the band travels back in time to the 80’s, recreating songs from bands such as Duran Duran, Tears for Fears, Pseudo Echo, Real Life, Prince and Boom Crash Opera to name a few.
The key band characters are Admiral Maxwell Farquhar on lead vocals, Dr Kitty Farquhar on bass, keys and vocals, Colonel Conrad Farquhar on guitar and backing vocals and Professor Redmond Farquhar on drums.
If you’re a fan of 80’s music like me, and you love a good live show, then Dr Farquhar ticks all the boxes. The stage presentation, props, costumes and characters and the unique Steampunk concept is something worth seeing with your own eyes.
To check out the band that everyone is raving about, be at their live show at Towradgi Beach Hotel, Friday 1st September at 9pm. For more info visit DrFarquhar.com.au
