Ryan Morgan, Kennedy Patch and Sophie Hirst were featured performers at Callback 2017, held at the Everest Theatre in the Seymour Centre, Chippendale on February 8-9.
Department of Education secretary Mark Scott commended the dancers on being selected to showcase their exemplary performances and compositions to a wider audience in Callback 2017.
“To be selected to perform at Callback is a real accomplishment,” Mr Scott said.
“It is testimony to the dancers’ creativity, discipline and diligent devotion to countless hours of practice perfecting their dance.”
Ryan Morgan’s major study dance and technology, film and video piece August opened both the Thursday and Friday Callback shows.
Kennedy Patch presented her core performance Break Through on Thursday, February 8, while Sophie Hirst did her composition show Paranoid on Friday, February 9.
