Home delivery will be available from the Figtree and Wollongong McDonald’s restaurants, with plans to sign up more Illawarra outlets in the future.
Those looking for a Macca’s fix can choose from a nearly full range of menu items including burgers, fries, salads, wraps, desserts and McCafé coffee.
‘McDelivery’ operates within a 10-minute delivery zone of the restaurants – a delivery booking fee will be applied to each order.
McDonald’s NSW market director Cameron Newlands said delivery had long been a top request from customers.
“With a growing number of people using UberEATS to get their favourite foods, they are the ideal partner for McDonald’s as we launch this service in Wollongong,” he said.
McDelivery is available from the following Wollongong restaurants:
- Figtree - 22 Princes Highway, Figtree
- Wollongong - Corner Burelli, Stewart & Corrimal Streets, Wollongong
